Grilled mushrooms and onions

| 1 punt mushroom 3 Tdsp Marsala cooking wine | |

Wash and slice mushrooms. Slice onion into half ring strips. Place into a mixing bowl and toss with cooking wine and some salt and pepper. Place into grill basket and grill 15 to 20 minutes or until onions turn opaque and mushrooms begin to turn golden brown.
