Roasted onion potatoes

| These can be made in the oven or on a gas grill. These quick and tastyroasted potatoes go with anything from burgers to steak. My family has them every week in the summer. Ingredients | |
| 4-6 med. | red potatoes, washed and diced |
| 1 pkg. | onion soup mix |
| 2-3 cloves | garlic, chopped |
| 1 lg | onion, chopped |
| pepper to taste | |
| 1/2 C. | olive oil |
Directions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Spray an aluminum square 9x12-inch pan with oil. Toss all the ingredients together in a bowl and put in pan. Cover with foil and bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes. Remove cover and bake until crispy (about 30 more minutes) turning once or twice. Sprinkle light with salt and serve.
