Deana's Kale salad

| 1 bunch | kale stalls removed rinse in salad spinner |
| 2-3 tbsp | fresh lemon juice |
| 1/4 cup | olive oil |
| 1-2 tbsp | honey |
| Salt | |
| pepper | |
| 1 | mango, diced |
| 2 tbsp | toasted pumpkin seeds |
Whisk lemon juice, olive oil & honey. Salt & pepper to taste. In a large bowl add kale and drizzle dressing over. Add mango and pumpkin seeds. If you like a sweeter dressing add more honey, for more tart add more lemon.
