Tarragon Chicken

| 4 Rashes of Bacon | |
| 1 | Whole Chicken Breast |
| 2 Handfuls | Mushrooms |
| 4 tblsp | Tomato Paste |
| 1/2 C | White Wine |
| 2 teasp Tarragon | |
| 300ml | Cream |
Dice bacon and mushrooms. Chop chicken into 2cm cubes.
Cook bacon and mushrooms.
Add chicken and brown.
Add tomato paste and cook it off.
Add the white wine and cook down to half.
Add tarragon and cream and bring back to warm.
