| 1 tblsp | Brown Sugar |
| 2 tblsp | Shredded Coconut |
| 1/3 C | Coconut Cream |
Peel and chop banana, put in pan and warm. Add brown sugar and caramelise for about 1- 2 min. Then add shredded coconut add coconut milk. Warm and serve with ice-cream.
