Broccoli Cheese Soup

    4 cups  broccoli florets
    4 oz   Cream cheese, softened
    3/4 cup  Heavy cream
    2 cups  chicken stock
    1 dash  Pepper

Steam broccoli until tender. Place small portions at a time into a blender with a bit of stock for liquid. Puree with cream cheese.
Return to soup pot. Add remaining chicken stock and cream. Stir to blend. Simmer to heat through and serve.
