1/4 cup | flax seed |
1 cup | sugar |
1 cup | warm milk |
2 | eggs |
1/2 stick | butter melted |
2 lids of vanilla extract
If mix is too thin add more flax seed and or whole wheat flour. First plop the on the griddle. Leave it there for 30 seconds. Then flip it and press it down.
