60 g | Unsalted Butter |
45 g | Caster Sugar |
1 tablespoon | Boiling Water |
2 tsp | Vanilla Extract |
Cream butter until light in colour (about 7 to 8 minutes)
Add vanilla extract.
Dissolve sugar in boiling water.
Slowly add dissolved sugar while beating on high.
Beat for 8 to 10 minutes till fluffy.
Fill bowl with very cold water to just above cream and empty letting as much drain as possible.
Beat again till mixed.
Repeat water and beating four times.
When fluffy and white beat for another 5 minutes till sugar completely dissolved.
