<RecipeText>Preheat oven to 350*f.
Cream butter and sugars. Add egg and peanut butter and mix well. Stirin soda, salt, flour and oatmeal. Press into a 9&quot;x13&quot; baking pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips over top. Bake 20-30 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and drizzle with icing.

Cool completely. Cut into squares and serve.

Makes 24 squares.
