| Preheat oven @450 degrees. Cut 1/2 large onion into 1/2 inch rounds and separate into 8 rings. Place 1 tablespoon flour in a zip lock bag, add rings, shake to coat. Whisk 2 large egg whites and 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce in bowl. Place 4 teaspoon cornflake crumbs on plate, dip rings in egg white mixture, then roll in crumbs. Place on baking sheet then spray with nonstick spray. Bake until golden about 20 minutes. |
