Pineapple Upside Down Cake

1 box | Duncan Hines Pineapple Supreme Cake Mix |
1/2 cup | oil |
1 Instant Vanilla/French Vanilla Pudding Mix (4.5 oz. box) | |
2 cans | sliced pineapple |
2 cans | crushed pineapple, alternative |
Large Maraschino Cherries no stems | |
1 cup | pineapple juice from cans of pineapple |
1 cup | Brown Sugar |
1 stick | butter |
4 | eggs |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Place 1 cup brown sugar in 13x9 baking pan and pour melted butter on top
Spread brown sugar over bottom of pan and cover completely
Mix cake mix, instant pudding, eggs, oil, pineapple juice in bowl 3 minutes
Spread crushed pineapple or place pineapple rings over top of brown sugar
Add cherries on top of pineapple or in hole of rings
Pour cake batter evenly over pineapple/crushed
Bake for 40 - 45 minutes....toothpick test
