| Nudeln kochen, ich nehme immer Orecchiette weil die schön Salatsauce aufsaugen. |
Dann noch warm mischen mit Oliven in Scheiben, halbe Cherrytomaten, Balsamicoessig, frischen Knoblauch --> wichtig!, Olivenöl, Salz, Pfeffer. Wenn das Ganze abgekühlt ist, dann nochmals kräftig abschmecken und relativ viel gehackten Ruccola dazugeben.
Man kann noch Parmaschinken oder Jamón Serrano dazugeben.
