Bisquick Blueberry Cake

INGREDIENTS DO NOT UNDERBAKE | |
2 cups | Bisquick |
3/4 cup | sugar |
2/3 cup | milk |
2 tablespoons | melted butter |
1/2 teaspoon | cinnamon |
1 | egg |
1 cup | blueberries,, (1/2 pint) |
Sprinkling of brown sugar
DIRECTIONS
1. Heat oven to 350 degrees
2. Grease 8x8 inch baking plan with Pam for Baking
3. Stir all ingredients except blueberries and brown sugar in largest glass bowl just until moistened.
4. Fold in berries.
5. Spread batter evenly in pan. Sprinkle with sugar.
6. Bake 40 minutes or until golden brown.
7. Cool slightly and remove from pan to wire rack.
