12 | Eggs |
¾ C. | Milk |
1 ½ t. | Salt |
½ t. | Pepper |
8 ounces | Cream Cheese |
Toppings:Your choice: Mushrooms, bacon, ham, sausage, cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, basil, required: tomatoes, zucchinni , onions (I saute the onions and mushrooms)
Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper til fluffy. Dollop cream cheese and top with you choice of toppings. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees. After baking: top with fresh basil and tomatoes.
Servings/Yield: 1-9x13 pan
