Stroganoff

| 1 lb | lean hamburger |
| 1 | onion diced |
| 1 tsp | salt |
| 2 tbs | butter |
| 1 small package | fresh mushrooms sliced |
| 1 can | small Cream of Mushroom soup |
| 1 cup | Sour Cream |
| 2-3 cloves | garlic minced |
Directions
Sauté onions, garlic, and butter while browning hamburger in separate pan with salt. Combine these two together and add can of soup and mushrooms, stir together and simmer about 10 mins.
Add sour cream, stir and heat through.
Serve over rice or noodles
