COOKIES - Lemon crisp cookies

| 1 pkg | lemon cake mix |
| 1 c | rice cereal |
| 1/2 c | butter, melted |
| 1 | egg, beaten |
| 1 tsp | grated lemon peel |
Combine all ingredients until well mixed (dough will be crumbly). Shape into 1-inch balls. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes or until set. Cool for 1 minutes; remove from pan; cool completely.
