| 1/2 c | margarine, softened |
| 1 1/2 c | sugar, divided |
| 2 | eggs |
| 1 tsp | vanilla |
| 2 c | flour |
| 1 1/2 tsp | baking powder |
| 1 tsp | baking soda |
| 1 c | sour cream |
| 3/4 c | semisweet chocolate chips |
| 1 tsp | ground cinnamon |
In bowl, cream butter and 1 c sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla. Combine flour, baking powder and baking soda; add to the creamed mixture alternately with sour cream. Spread half of the batter into a greased 9-inch square baking pan. Sprinkle with the chocolate chips. Combine cinnamon and remaining sugar; sprinkle over chips. Spread with remaining batter. Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
