Sausage, Kale, and Onion Pasta

| Ground Sausage meat Spiral Pasta | |
| 1 bunch | Kale |
| 5 cloves | garlic |
| 1 large | red onion |
| 1 1/2 cups | Tomato Sauce |
| 1/2 cup | Parmesan cheese |
Boil water for pasta
Brown sausage meat until no pink is left.
Add onion and garlic then in ten minutes add
Kale, Tomato sauce, and one ladle of water from cooked pasta, simmer for ten minutes. Add cooked pasta and toss with grated Parmesan cheese
