Rosemary Lamb Chops with Grilled Roasted Potatoes

1 tbl | chopped garlic |
1 tsp | kosher salt |
1 tbl | chopped fresh rosemary |
2 tsp | chopped fresh thyme |
3/4 tsp | pepper |
2 lbs | new potatoes, washed and quartered |
Olive Oil | |
8 | loin lamb chops, about 4oz each and 1 1/4 inches thick |
Roughly chop garlic, and then sprinkle with salt. Crush garlic and salt together to make a paste, add remaining seasoning and chop them together
Place cut potatoes in a medium bowl, drizzile with olive oil and about half of the seasoning. Mix well. Grill the potatoes over direct medium heat until tender, 10 - 15 minutes, turning occassionally. Keep warm while you grill the lamb.
Lightly oil the chops. Spread the remaining half of the seasoning mixture on both sides of the chops. Grill over direct medium heat until desired doneness about 10 minutes.
