Ground Beef & Potato Casserole

| Salt & pepper for taste | |
| 1 small | onion, (sliced) |
| 4 medium | potatoes, (sliced) |
| 1 | green bell pepper, (sliced) |
| 1 can | cream of mushroom soup |
Preheat oven to 350
Bake 1 hour
Brown ground beef with salt and pepper in large skillet, drain. Place in casserole dish, layer onion, potatoes, and green pepper over beef. Top with soup.
