| 1 large | red onion |
| 10 | jalapeños |
| 8 garlic gloves | |
| 10 | Roma tomatoes |
| 1/4 bunch | cilantro |
| 2 large | lemons |
| Salt to taste | |
2 to 3 8oz of tomato sauce
Directions:
Use an electric chopper and chop all ingredients except the roma tomatoes and lemon in a large storage bowl.The Roma tomatoes; cut with a knife in pieces. Stir all ingredients in bowl with tomato sauces and squeeze in lemon juice.
Refrigerate.
