Sweet potato pie

| 4 to 5 large | sweet potatoes |
| 3 tablespoons | nutmeg |
| 1 tablespoon | lemon flavor |
| 1 can | evaporated milk |
| 3 large | eggs |
| 3 cups | sugar |
| 1 1/2 sticks | butter |
| margarine, alternative |
3 to 4 deep dish or regular pie crusts
Mix all ingredients in large mixing bowl with a hand mixer. Pour evenly in pie crusts until filled. Bake until clear middle. Approximately 1 1/2 to 2 hours on 350 degrees F.
