Garam masala burger

1/2 cup | thinly sliced onion |
1/2 | tomato |
2 tbs | fresh mint |
.5 tbs | lemon juice |
Seasoning: | |
1 tbs | garam masala |
1 tsp | cayenne |
1 | garlic clove |
1 tsp | ginger |
Sautee garlic and ginger and add seasonings until brown, a few minutes. Remove and add to mashed kidney beans. Add 1/3 cup flax. Bake at 375 for 20 min.
Potatoes: cube and boil 15 min. Cook onion and garlic, 5 min. Add 1/2 tap cumin and cayenne, 1 tsp curry and garam, and some ginger and salt. 2 min
