Southwest tofu scramble

1/2 block | tofu |
1 tsp | chipotle chili sauce and chili |
.5 tsp | cumin |
1 tbs | nutritional yeast |
1 zuchini, diced | |
1/4 cup | corn |
onion | |
2 tbs | cilantro, salsa |
Crumble tofu in skillet with chili and cumin. Stir over medium heat 4-6 min. Remove. Add zuchini, corn, onions. Cook three min. Return tofu, add yeast, and cook two more min and top with salsa and cilantro
