Mango Fruit Leather

3 cups | pureed Mangos |
1 large | banana |
1/4 cup | lemon juice |
1 tablespoon | Honey |
Puree the mangos, banna, lemon juice and honey together. Pour into dehydrator trays coated with olive oil and dehydrate for
about 12 hours at 135˚F or until firm.
Roll up fruit leather into rolls uing platic wrap.
