Salt and vinegar chickpeas

1/2 lb | dried chickpeas |
3-4 cups | vinegar |
1 tsp | salt |
Soak chickpeas 24 hrs in a covered bowl with 2 inches of water
Drain and add to pot with vinegar. Boil, cover, and turn off heat. Let soak 1 hr. drain and cook at 400 for one hour, stirring every fifteen minutes
