Wheat Pancakes

10 ounces | whole wheat pastry flour |
2 Tbsp | Sugar |
2 teaspoons | baking powder |
1 teaspoon | Salt |
1.5 Cups | Milk |
1/2 Cup | Eggwhites |
Instructions: Mix up batter & juice night before, next morning fry batter on a nonstick pan in a smear of butter. Eat as soon as they come off the pan with either salsa or maple syrup. Serve with juice.
