| Mentre si porta ad ebollizione l'acqua fare un soffritto con olio un po' di cipolla pomodorini speck tagliato a listarelle e Rucola..una volta cotte le bavette fatele saltare in padella insieme al soffritto per qualche istante e aggiungere a fuoco spento la scamorza tagliata a cubetti per ultimo servire con un ciuffo di Rucola fresca |
