Crockpot Potato Soup

1 30 oz frozen, shredded hash browns | |
3 14 oz cans | chicken broth |
1 can | cream of chicken soup |
1/4 tsp | pepper |
1 8 oz pkg | cream cheese |
Directions
Combine everything except cream cheese into crockpot. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. About an hour before serving add cream cheese. Garnish with bacon, cheese, sour cream, green onions.
