1 can | cream of chicken soup |
1/2 cups | sour cream |
1 cup | Pace Picante sauce. Can add black beans or chicken |
2 cups | chopped chicken |
1/2 cup | shredded Monterey. Jack chesse |
6 | flour tortillas,, (6 inches) |
1 sm | tomatoe |
mix all ingredients and divided among tortillas.place in casserole dish seam side down..
Stir 1 cup soup mixture,chicken and cheese in large bowl.
Divide chicken mixture among the tortillas.
Pour remaining mixture over filled tortillas.

Bake 350. 40 minutes until enchiladas are hot and bubbling
