Ingredients:
1. Flour
2. Wine
3. Onion
4. Prosciutto
5. Potato
6. Carrots
7. Salt & pepper
8. Oregano
9. Fresh parsley
10. Bouillon cubes
Instructions:
In a skillet, coat the lamb in flour and braise with oil and add wine. In a pot, add sliced onion, diced prosciutto, semi cooked potato, diced carrots, one glass of water, salt & pepper, oregano, fresh parsley, 2 cups of boullion soup.
Serve with rice. Freeze sauce for future use.
