| 180 gr | harina arroz |
| 50 gr | fecula mandioca |
| 100 gr | fecula maiz |
| 1 cdita leudante 4 huevos | |
| 150 cc | leche |
1 cda aceite
Mezclar todo y dejar reposar 15 minutos. Volver a mezclar y freir en aceite caliente volcando una cucharada de masa para cada buñuelo. Al retirar espolvorear con azúcar.
