| 3 medium | vine-ripened tomatoes, finely chopped |
| 1 medium | onion, finely chopped |
| 2 cloves | garlic, minced |
| 2-3 | jalapenos, seeded and finely chopped |
| 1 tbsp | olive oil |
| 1 tbsp | fresh lime juice |
| 2 tbsp | chopped cilantro |
| Sea salt to taste |
In a large glass bowl, combine all ingredients and season to taste with salt. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
