| 150 farina | |
| 150 | burro |
| 4 | uova |
| 1 | limone grattugiato |
| 1 | lievito bustina |
Sbattere le uova con lo zucchero e il limone. Agliare le mele a fettine sbucciate e versarci sopra il burro fuso. Girare e mescolare il tutto con la farina e il lievito e poi aggiungere il composto montato. Cuocere 160 gradi per 45 minuti
