| 1/2 bustina | lievito |
| 50 | cacao in polvere |
| 150 latte | |
| 50 | burro fuso |
| 2 | uova |
Unire tutte le farine insieme e lasciare da parte. Fondere il burro e unirlo al latte leggermente scaldato, aggiungere le due uova e amalgamare insieme. Unire il tutto alle farine senza mescolare tanto. Mettere col sacco negli stampini e cuocere a 160 gradi per 10 minuti
