Oven Baked Chicken Tenders

1 package | chicken tenders |
2 1/2 cups | panko |
2 tbsp | vegetable oil |
1 cup | flour |
1 | egg white |
1/2 cup | water |
1 tsp | salt |
1/2 tsp | pepper |
Pinch | cayenne pepper |
Pinch | oregano |
Pinch | mustard powder |
Preheat oven to 450. Line a baking sheet with foil and place an oven safe rack on top of baking sheet.
In a large nonstick pan, toss the panko with the vegetable oil and toast on medium high until golden brown, about 12-15 mins. Keep an eye on them and stir frequently so not burned. Once toasted, pour into a shallow dish.
Set up flour, salt, pepper and spices in a shallow dish and egg whits and water whisked together in another dish. Dredge the tenders in the flour, then egg, then panko.
Bake for 12-15 mins, until the tenders are completely cooked through, and any juices run clear.
