Satay Chicken Skewers

1 10oz jar | satay sauce |
4 | boneless chicken breasts, cut into 1 1/2 inch cubes |

Cayenne pepper |
Preheat oven to 375.
Pour 2/3 of the satay sauce into a medium bowl and add the chicken. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 20 mins - 2 hours.
Divide chicken into 6 portions. Slide pieces onto skewers and place on baking sheet. Dust the skewered chicken with salt, pepper and cayenne pepper.
Bake for 20 mins.
