Avocado/bean wrap

| 1 tbs | apple cider vinegar |
| 2 tsp | chipotle chilis |
| 1 cup | shredded red cabbage |
| 1 | shredded carrot |
| 2 tbs | red onion |
| 2 tbs | cilantro |
| 2 tbs | chipotle chilies |
| Lime juice, cilantro, garlic | |
| 1 cup | white beans |
| 1/2 an avocado | |
| 2 | tortillas |
Mix vinegar, chile, salt. Add cabbage, carrot, and cilantro. Mash beans and avocado with lime juice . Stir in onion. Spread 1/2 cup beans with 2/3 cup cabbage and roll up
Option to freeze avocado/bean mixture if you make it in food processor
