Chicken Stir Fry

1/2 lb | snow peas, trimmed |
2 tbsp | peanut oil |
1 lb | chicken breasts, cut into strips |

1 tsp | sugar |
3 | garlic cloves, minced |
2 strips | orange zest |
1 large | onion, halved and thinly sliced |
1 | red bell pepper, cut into strips |
1 tsp | grated ginger |
2 tbsp | terriyaki sauce |
1//4 tsp red pepper flakes | |
1 tbsp | sesame oil |
2 tbsp | chopped cilantro |

Add snow peas to boiling water and cook for 15 seconds. Remove with slotted sppon and transfer to bowl of ice water.
Heat a wok over high heat. Add peanut oil. Season chicken strips with salt and pepper and add to wok and cook, stirring continuously, for 2 mins. Add the sugar, garlic, orange zest, onion, pepper and ginger and continue to stir-fry for 3 mins. Add the snow peas, terriyaki sauce, red pepper flakes and sesame oil. Continue to cook for 2-3 mins more. Sprinkle with cilantro and serve over rice.
