    1T  butter
    1T  olive oil
    1 small  onion , chopped
    1lb  mushrooms , sliced
    2c  beef broth
    2T  all purpose flour

Heat oil and melt butter in a large frying pan. Add onion sauté untill translucient, about 3 minutes. Add mushrooms, sauté until mushrooms have surrendered water and are starting to brown, about 15 to 20 minmutes. Add 2 to 3 tablespoons flour mix in with mushrooms. Add beef broth, cook stiring until liquid thickens to desired consistancy. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately. Lasts for about 3 days in sealed container.
