    500g  bread flour
    1 tsp  salt
    60g  sugar
    1  egg
    60g  butter
    250 ml  milk
    4 tsp  instant yeast

1. Put the yeast in lukewarm milk, & let it stand for about 10 minutes.
2. Add the yeast mixture to the rest of the ingredients, & knead into a smooth & elastic dough.

Can be made into cinnamon rolls, curry buns or 'pigs-in-a-blanket.'
