    1 1/2 cups  seeded, cut-up watermelon
    1 cup  cut-cantaloupe
    1/2 cup  plain low-fat yogurt
    1/4 cup  orange juice

1.Place watermelon in blender. Blend until smooth. Divide melon purée between two 12-ounce glasses. Set aside. Rinse blender.
2.In blender, combine 1 cup cantaloupe, the yogurt and the orange juice. Cover; blend until smooth. Slowly pour into glasses on top of watermelon. If desired, garnish with melon wedges.

Per serving: 114 calories; 23 grams carbohydrates; 1 gram fat; 1 gram fiber; 5 grams protein; 57 mg sodium
