Red lentil curry

1/2 cup | lentils |
1/4 large | onion, diced |
1.5 tsp | curry paste |
3/4 tsp | curry powder |
1/4 tsp | turmeric |
cumin | |
chili powder | |
salt | |
minced garlic | |
minced ginger | |
1/2 cup | tomato sauce |
Wash lentils in cold water. Cook boiling for two min, simmer for 8 min Caramelize onion. Combine all the spices in a bowl and mix well. Add mixture to onions and cook on high stirring constantly 1-2 min. Stir in tomato sauce, reduce heat, simmer until lentils are ready. Drain lentils, mix and serve with greens
