Tangy collard greens

1 clove | garlic |
1/2 lb | collard greens |
3 tbs | water |
stock, alternative | |
1 tbs | balsamic |
1/2 tsp | ginger |

pepper |
Cook onion on medium, 5 min. Add garlic, 1 min. Add greens and stir. Add water and stir 5-7 min. Drain. Add balsamic and ginger and serve with brown rice
