    1 c  unbleached flour
    1/2 c  whole wheat flour
    1 1/2 tsp  baking powder
    1 c  rice milk
    3/4 c  applesauce
    1 tsp  vanilla extract
    1 tsp  egg replacer, mixed w/2 tbs water



Mix the dry ingredients together (except the egg replacer) in a bowl. Mix the wet ingredients together. In a separate bowl, beat the egg replacer and water until very frothy. Add to the wet ingredients. Combine the wet and dry ingredients and beat until well blended. To serve, spread a little applesauce over them and sprinkle with cinnamon.
