Jerk marinade

4 | cinnamon sticks |
2 C | teriyaki sauce |
2 C | soy sauce |
1 C | Worcestershire sauce |
1/2 C | minced garlic |
1/4 C | sugar |
1/4 C | ground thyme |
4 tsp | allspice berries crushed, cracked |
1/4 C or 1oz. | Minced fresh ginger |
1/4 C | black pepper |
10 Fresh habaneros sliced or 2 tsp dried habanero or 3 T crushed red pepper
Bring all ingredients to a boil then reduce heat to simmer for 15 to 20 minutes. Use 1 C marinade per 2.5 lbs. of meat.
Slice meat 1/4 inch thick.
