Cranberry and cilantro quinoa salad

1/2 | red onion, chopped |
2 tbs | cilantro |
3/4 tsp | curry powder |
1/2 | lime |
2 tbs | toasted walnuts |
1 | diced jalapeno |
1 | diced celery rib |
1 clove | garlic |
1/4 cup | minced carrots |
1/4 cup | dried cranberries |

Cook quinoa and chill. Stir everything and chill before serving. 2 servings
