Paneer Tikka Masala

Ingredients:
    1 Cup  Capsicum, Onion,Tomato(Cubed)
    1 Big  Onion, (chopped)
    1 Cup  Tomato purée
    1 Cup  Thick Curd
    1 lbs  Paneer, (Cubed)
    1 tbsp  Red chilli powder
      Salt to taste
    1 tbsp  Kasoori Methi
    1 tbsp  lemon juice
    2 tbsp  Oil
    1 tsp  Cumin seeds
    1 tbsp  Ginger-Garlic paste
    A pinch  Turmeric powder
    A pinch  Red Food Color, (optional)
    1 tbsp  Coriander powder
    1/2 tsp  Cumin powder
    1 tsp  Garam masala powder
    1/4 cup  Cream
    1 tsp  All-purpose flour
    2 tbsp  Coriander leaves, (chopped)

Method:
1. Take a bowl, add thick curd, red chilli powder, salt, Kasoori methi , lime juice and oil mix well. Add all the vegetables and paneer mix well. Marinate it for about 15 minutes.
2. In a non stick pan add one table spoon of oil, add marinated paneer and vegetables, cook both the sides. Once it is done keep it aside.
3. In a pan add oil, cumin seeds, chopped onions , a pinch of salt, turmeric , ginger garlic paste, all purpose flour, mix and cook for 3 minutes. Now add tomato purée , coriander powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder, mix well, and let it cook till oil oozes out.
4. Once it is done add water as needed and bring it to a boil. Then add cooked paneer and vegetables, Garam masala powder and cook for some time. Add cream and simmer for 2-3 minutes and finally garnish with coriander leaves.
