Spinach and mushrooms

| 2 tbs | minced onion |
| 2 cloves | garlic |
| 2 cups | sliced mushrooms |
| 10 oz | spinach |
| 1.5 tbs | red wine |
| 1 tsp | soy sauce |
Heat pan over medium, add garlic and onion, 1 min. Add mushrooms, 3-5 minutes. Add wine and soy sauce and simmer. Add spinach until wilted.
