Easy Corn Casserole

1/4 c. | Egg substitute, (or 1 egg) |
1/4 c. Stick | margarine, melted |
1 (8.75 oz.) can | no-salt added whole kernel corn, drain |
1 (8.75 oz.) can | no-salt added cream style corn |
1 (8.5 oz.) box | corn muffin mix |
1 c. | Plain fat-free yogurt |
Cooking spray |
Preheat oven to 350. (for dark pans bake at 325)
Combine first 6 ingredients in a medium bowl; stir well. Pour into an 8" square baking dish coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes or until set.
